The Successful 27th Senior Replica Oil Painting Exhibition

From March 21st till April 9th, the 27th senior Replica Oil Painting Exhibition was held in Hsinchu County Cultural Center. Our school's high school students not only have high academic performances and outstanding nation competition results, they are also very skilled in the art of "Replica Oil Painting". Starting from their sophomore year, the students followed a program of study which included sketching, watercolors and landscape art. Moving on, they started to learn how to replicate oil paintings in the style of Lin Mo, which took them a whole year to complete. The students chose the colors as well and techniques according to the works of Lin Mo, allowing them to create numerous amazing drawings. The pictures not only illustrate the high school students¡¦ creativity, patience and perseverance, the finished drawings also reflect the seniors confidence. Thanks to the Hsinchu County Cultural Center and the PTA¡¦s help, this year¡¦s senior replica oil painting exhibit was extremely successful.
