賽前由教練進行指導，希望大家都有好表現 每場比賽有兩局單打及一局雙打

這次去日本交流讓我印象深刻，也讓我有個前所未有的體驗。例如 : 與熊本八代市市長接見時，
代表臺灣致詞這真的是一個很特別的經驗！隔天還被刊登在當地的報紙，報導中更出現我的名字，
真是深感榮幸，這是我此次交流印象最深刻的地方。去日本比賽時，我們注意到當地的選手對場地
與球的尊重，他們在進場前會先跟球場鞠躬後才能進場，換邊時也是一樣，還有在比完賽時會把球
放在球場正中央，非常有儀式感，讓我們大開眼界，受益良多！最後感謝小銘老師的帶領、容安老
師的精心策劃，讓我們這次的交流圓滿成功，希望未來能有更多交流的機會，讓更多人能參與，臺
日友好更上一層樓。...................（603 陳沂澤）

在熊本參加羽球交流賽，讓我印象深刻。

首先，球館的乾淨整潔讓我倍感舒適，這裡的環境非常適合比賽。計分方式也讓我感到新鮮，
與我在台灣的經驗大有不同。在比賽中，與來自不同俱樂部的選手交流，雖然語言不通，但我們透
過比手畫腳來溝通，彼此的默契逐漸增強。這次經驗不僅提升了我的球技，也讓我感受到國際羽球
的魅力。如果有機會，我一定會再回來日本打球，拿下更好的成績！ ...................（502 謝侑軒）

這一次到熊本比賽對我來說很特別，因為這是我第二次參加交流賽了，但卻是我第一次有機會
見到八代市市長！八代市政府裡面很安靜、嚴肅，這是我第一次進日本的公家機關，我非常緊張。拜
會市長的活動期間，中村市長就坐在我們的對面，微笑著歡迎我們來到八代市，與九州各地的選手交
流。我很珍惜這些和伙伴們一起出國交流和比賽的機會，這都是很寶貴的經驗！ ........（503 謝秉諺）

In late March, I went to Kumamoto City, Japan, to participate in a badminton exchange match. First
of all, I would like to thank NEHS for giving me the opportunity to take part in this exchange. During this
experience, I met many Japanese players, and we were able to learn from each other and share our skills. I was
deeply impressed by the Japanese player's respect for the court and their fighting spirit during the match. This
truly helped me understand the reason behind the strength of Japanese badminton. Their court was very clean.
They were very polite and kind to me. They taught me how to speak Japanese. They cheered for me during
the match and shared delicious snacks with me. When we left by car, they lined up and waved goodbye to us
enthusiastically. I hope they can also come to Taiwan to play the badminton exchange match. Looking forward
