2007 NEHS MUSIC FESTIVAL

HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC CLUBS PLAY IN HARMONY

The 2007 NEHS Music Festival took place on the evening of April 28 (Saturday) in the Gym. The Five Music Clubs of the High School Department (Choir, School Band, Chinese Orchestra, String Orchestra and Pop Music) demonstrated their talents in front of an audience of 200. The inherent differences of each club's music enriched the musical perception of the audience as the 80 performers wove their heterogeneous notes into homogeneous harmony. Parents were in awe as their children showed their marvelous talents on stage, and one touched parent donated 30000 NT as an activity fund for the five clubs. After the Festival, the 4800 NT proceeds from the tickets were donated to the Hsinchu Center for Children and Family. Not only did these lovers of music share their lovely melodies with the society, they also offered a big heart.
